CloudFactory is a data tech company that is unique in that it doesn’t solely rely on automation but rather employs thousands of humans in all corners of the globe to increase the accuracy of their services. Their mission supports low income communities that need opportunities to lift themselves up and create better lives for themselves and their families. Their original branding was very conservative, stark, and tech-heavy. Through new branding, we introduced the “human” element to demonstrate the value proposition—that they are a human-centric organization.
